The Japigozzi Collection is a private Contemporary Japanese Art Collection, created ten years ago by Italian Harvard educated venture capitalist, Jean Pigozzi. Over the last 30 years, Jean Pigozzi also assembled the world’s largest collection of contemporary African art (CAAC: www.caacart.com ) - which is regularly shown in major museums around the world. Three years ago, he decided to start a collection of contemporary Japanese art, which is presented on this website. Today, he is actively involved in enlarging and exhibiting both collections.
